Transcription: Most of the time as you use Windows, you've probably installed many programs or have used the internet regularly. Either way, your computer becomes extremely fragmented. Fragmented means that files are scattered all over your hard drive. The bad result of this is that programs will load slower and that Windows will respond much slower.
